Amber Heard Slams Jury For Being Swayed By Johnny Depp's Celebrity Status [VIDEO]

After losing out on the defamation lawsuit against her ex-husband Johnny Deep, American actress, Amber Heard has spoken up publicly for the first time.

In an interview with the Today show’s Savannah Guthrie, she slammed the unfair representation of the whole trial on social media, claiming that Johnny Depp’s status as a celebrity actor helped to sway the jury’s verdict.

She said,

“I’ll put it this way, how could they make a judgment, how could they not come to that conclusion that I couldn’t be believed?”

Amber Heard continued, “I don’t blame them, I don’t blame them, I actually understand, he’s a beloved character and people feel that they know him. He’s a fantastic actor.”

The host then asked Amber Heard, if after everything that happened in court during their defamation trial, if she still has love for Depp.

And she answered saying, “I love him. I loved him with all my heart, and I tried the best I could to make a deeply broken relationship work and I couldn’t.

I have no bad feelings or ill will towards him at all, I know that might be hard to understand or it might be really easy to understand if you’ve just ever loved anyone.”
