During an auction of vehicles seized by the Lagos state government for traffic offences, traffic offenders fell to their knees and others sobbed bitterly.
Bidders descended upon the task force yard in Ikeja on Thursday for the auction of forfeited and abandoned vehicles to register, inspect, and place bids on various vehicles, including minibuses and cars.
