Importance on self talk on Kids
Young kids create their self thought from what they hear among their parents. Having a more positive outlook on life can provide you and your kids with some good relationship and shape their self talk.
The way we help our children also is very important. It is important to use calmer but yet positive words to your kids
Self-talk can enhance a childs performance and general well-being. For example, research shows self-talk can help athletes with performance. It may help them with endurance or to power through a set of heavyweights.
It can help them with their self esteem and how they see things, be positive around your kids and let them see positivity through you.
