Veteran Nigerian actress, Henrietta Kosoko is dead.
TVC News gathered that she slumped at her home in Lagos and was rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead.
Earlier in the year, she was involved in a ghastly motor accident along the Sagamu-Abeokuta road.
Attempts to reach the family of the deceased has remained futile.
