A drama about a family dynasty, the third season of “Empire” will premiere its third season on Wednesday,
September 21, 2016.
Titled “Jamal Lyon is Back,” a new preview for the show features new scenes from the anticipated third season of show.
“Empire” centers around a hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the members of the founders’ family as they fight for control of the company.
“Empire” which revolves around the Lyon family and their media company, Empire Entertainment, stars Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson, Jussie Smollett, Bryshere “Yazz” Gray, Trai Byers, Grace Gealey, Kaitlin Doubleday, Gabourey Sidibe, Ta’Rhonda Jones and Serayah McNeill.
