Nigerian – American rapper Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, popularly known by his stage name Wale welcomed a baby girl Zyla in July of this year. The rapper who spent most of his adult life in U.S surprised many when he chose a Yoruba name Oluwakemi for his daughter.
The caption he chose for the photo has also set tongues wagging. Here is an excerpt from the caption: “I had too much faith in humanity. I had too much faith in an industry that could never love somebody who had/has faith in said humanity. I got to make changes. I trusted too many people and let too many get close. I allowed myself to become susceptible to Wahala.”
