Supreme Court upholds Gov. Yahaya Bello’s election as Kogi State Governor

The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal filed by James Faleke for lacking in merit. The court affirmed the judgement of the lower court.

Reasons for the judgement, would be given on Friday, the 30th of September, 2o16.

Meanwhile, the Apex court also dismissed the appeal filed by the former governor, Idris Wada, for lacking in merit. Reasons would also be given on the same day.
