The star revealed she woke up just hours ago before being rushed to theatre for the procedure – but she’s yet to confirm what it is.
Chloe wrote today: “Woke up fine next thing I’m in hospital being told I need surgery and having an operation today.
“Rushed into theatre because it’s life threatening can’t believe whats happening.”
Fans immediately expressed their concerns, as one wrote: “Thinking of you Chloe sure you will be fine Wishing u Speedy Recovery from surgery.”
While another added: “Hope you’re ok honey x.”

It comes just a day after the brunette beauty was pictured at the launch of her cosmetics line, looking happy and healthy.
