TVC E. TVC Entertainment initiative, ‘Rap or Drop’ Reality Music Project audition, ends today. The talent hunt competition is aimed at discovering new talents as well as promoting content quality and re-shaping the Nigerian music industry.
- The open call audition titled ‘YO MAMA’ style starts in TVC premises 2pm-6pm.
- 18 People will be shortlisted from the audition that will last for 6 weeks and then go for the main show.
The talent hunt is to encourage originality, exportation of Nigeria’s original product to the world and the education and enlightenment of the young Nigerian populace through music.
Three Contestants will be featured in each episode with one winner emerging.
The talent hunt which started today (19th of October 2016) has well over 500 youths in attendance. The winner gets a champion’s necklace which will serve as souvenir as well as ticket to the grand final.
Other prizes to be won by the overall winner include:
- 1 Collaboration with an A-List artiste
- 1 Single + 1 video + Airplay
- And a bragging right
