Kim Kardashian West and Kris Jenner got into perhaps their biggest mother-daughter fight yet on Sunday’s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, but it ended with a one-of-a-kind apology — Pretty Woman-style.
After the family matriarch, 60, tearfully told Kardashian West, 36, that she was upset with her for dressing Caitlyn Jenner for the ESPY Awards, — even demanding “I want loyalty” — her second oldest daughter planned an elaborate apology to show her love and appreciation for her mother.
To apologize for bringing her mother to tears over dressing Caitlyn for the ESPYs, Kim and sister Khloé Kardashian planned a girls lunch in the penthouse suite at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, where the iconic film Pretty Woman was shot.
“We wanted you to have a fun pampered day as an apology,” Kim explained to Kris, who lists the Julia Roberts and Richard Gere-starrer as one of her favorite movies. “I would just never want you to feel betrayed.”
“Kim wanted you to experience your favorite movie,” Khloé said of the lunch.
