Miley Cyrus has revealed she will accept Donald Trump as President when he takes over in January, despite previously vowing to leave the country if he beat Hillary Clinton.
Cyrus, 23, made her feelings for Trump clear in an emotional video message to her fans after he won the race for the White House.
Referring to the Rolling Stones’ song You Can’t Always Get What You Want – which Trump used to play out his victory speech – Cyrus said: “Happy hippies, we adjust and we accept everyone for who they are. And so Donald Trump, I accept you.
“And this hurts to say, but I even accept you as the President of the United States, and that’s fine, that’s fine because I think now I want to be a hopeful hippie.”
