The Nigeria senate does not seem to be taking lightly comments made by the Secretary to the government of the federation, Babachir Lawal.
They are writing to president Muhammadu Buhari over what they term, provocative comments by the SGF, and wants the president to take stern action against him.
Lawal had described the senate’s resolution as a charade.
Meanwhile, the senate has sworn-in three new senators from Rivers State.
The senate has adjourned for the year and would resume on January the 10th, 2017.
