Hollywood actress Gabrielle Union has reportedly reached an agreement with BET in her Being Mary Jane lawsuit.
According to Deadline, a statement from BET was released to them confirming this.
‘BET Networks is pleased to announce that they have reached an amicable agreement with Gabrielle Union and look forward to sharing the new season of Being Mary Jane with its loyal fans beginning January 10, 2017.’
Back in October, Gabrielle Union filed a lawsuit against the network for breach of contract.
According to the lawsuit, BET was getting the heat because it tried to cram two different seasons into one so as to pay Ms Union less.
Well, looks like Being Mary Jane fans have no need to hold their breath any longer.
