A special interdenominational prayer and a dinner party by the Lagos State government have been organised for the celebrator as part of the numerous activities lined up to celebrate the political giant.
TVC News Correspondent, Ola Awakan reports that there is no better way to celebrate a living legend like Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu than to begin the day with a torrent of prayers.
This is a special interdenominational prayer for the Leader of the APC to celebrate his 65th birthday. Men from all walks of life converged on his residence in Lagos to wish him well. They showered praises and prayers on the Jagaban of Borgu Kindgom.
The climax of the day was a special dinner organised by Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode for the celebrator. Politicians, governors, senators, public office holders who have passed through the political tutelage of Asiwaju thronged the government house. They described the celebrator as a man of many parts.
Asiwaju expressed joy in the calibre of people who came to celebrate with him. He said he is challenged to work more for the development of the country and humanity.
Nigerians believe that having more politicians like Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the country would translate to a better nation for all.
