Northern state governors hold emergency meeting over the Meningitis outbreak

Northern state governors, traditional leaders, commissioners of health in all the Northern states and the Minister of Health, Isaac Adewole, held an emergency meeting over the Meningitis epidemic sweeping through most of the Northern states. The meeting took place at the Kaduna state governor’s office.

Over 300 persons have died since the outbreak.
