The legendary DJ Jimmy Jatt speaking at TVC’s Entertainment show, #wakeUpNigeria this morning declared he’s still an upcoming Disk Jockey.
Jimmy Jatt who has been a DJ for 25 years, revealed during the chat with Yomi and Titi that he started out as a rap artiste. He said
“I started out as a rap artiste. I did some raps and this helped me to build relationship with some artistes which is still there. After rapping, I went into dancing and moved to being a DJ”.
“When I got some fame, I created a platform for talented guys to showcase their talent.”
Speaking about his feats as a DJ, he said;
” I see myself as an upcoming DJ. I am trying to be better than the last time. I don’t get to see myself on top of it. I just want “
Suprisingly, DJ Jimmy Jatt is the first DJ to write an autobiography . When asked to pass a comment he said
” I am the first DJ to do a lot of things.”
