Recently a video of a man, presumably Nigerian, who rejected his girlfriend’s proposal has been making rounds on social media… it has gone viral already, and we really feel sad for the lady, however we ask, is it proper as Africans to propose to a man? even is she wanted to propose, should she make it public?
