According to news agency ANI, Mukesh Ambani’s son, Anant Ambani, will marry Radhika Merchant in Mumbai on July 12. The wedding ceremony will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), following traditional Hindu Vedic customs.
The wedding festivities will last for three days, from July 12 to July 14, as indicated in the save-the-date card shared by ANI. The main wedding function, called the Shubh Vivah, will begin the celebrations on Friday, July 12. The next day, Saturday, July 13, will be dedicated to the Shubh Aashirwad, where divine blessings will be bestowed. The grand wedding reception will take place on Sunday, July 14.

The invite, expressing joy and gratitude, reads, “We are delighted to invite you to celebrate the union of our son Anant and Radhika, with the blessings of Smt Kokilaben and Shri Dhirubhai Ambani, Smt. Purnimaben, and Shri Ravindrabhai Dalal.” The Ambanis have mentioned that a formal invite will be sent out soon.
European Pre-Wedding Celebration
Before the wedding in Mumbai, Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani are hosting a lavish four-day pre-wedding celebration for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant on a luxury cruise ship in Europe. Bollywood stars and VIP guests, including MS Dhoni, are attending the gala event. Notably, the iconic American band Backstreet Boys performed for the guests on board the ship.
Dress Code for the Wedding
Guests have been requested to wear Indian traditional attire for the main wedding function on July 12. For the Shubh Aashirwad ceremony on July 13, Indian formals are to be worn. As for the wedding reception on July 14, guests are encouraged to dress according to the theme of “Indian chic.”
