They maintain that the apex bank can address forex challenges through other financial strategies.
Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, announced earlier this week that the apex bank has cancelled dollar sales to Bureaux de change operators.
The announcement has generated reactions from concerned parties.
But,the Central Bank maintains that the move will stabilize the forex market.
BDC Operators say the CBN’s action denies them forex for legitimate activities.
Forex operators insist that the CBN’s order has fuelled parallel market exchange rate from N270 to more than N300.
Currency traders also want continuous engagement with the apex bank to resolve all contending issues.
