Burna Boy Makes African History with Sold-Out Show at Stade De France

 

Global Afrobeats icon Burna Boy made history on April 18, 2025, by becoming the first African artist to headline and sell out the Stade De France—France’s largest stadium. Performing to an electrifying crowd of 80,698 fans, the Nigerian superstar delivered a powerful and unforgettable show packed with energy, storytelling, and pure Afrofusion excellence.

 

Opening acts Nissi and Fireboy DML kicked things off with their hit Nobody, setting the tone for a night full of surprises. Burna Boy took fans on a musical journey through his chart-topping hits, and surprised the audience by bringing out Shallipopi for a performance of Laho, followed by Joe Dwet File, Dadju, and Dave for thrilling collaborations including the fan-favorite Location.
