TVC E, NEWS – The Federal High Court in Abuja, would on April the 8th, hear the application by the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisa Metuh, seeking that the Judge disqualify himself from his suit.
Metuh had filed an application, asking the court to disqualify and return the case file to the chief Justice of the Federal High Court.
The PDP spokesman had also petitioned the Chief Justice, urging for a transfer of his case, on the ground that he might not get justice from the present judge, Justice Okon Abang.
Olisa Metuh had filed three applications for stay of proceedings, adjournment of the suit, and for the judge to disqualify himself.
