Burna Boy who recently erected a couple of #ENDSARS billboards across the country has now given reasons why he was initially silent at the beginning of the protest. He revealed that his mum, Bose Ogulu had to undergo serious surgery last week after the protest started and as courtesy demands, he and other members of the family had to remain close to her.
Sharing the news on twitter his afternoon, he wrote:
“I was Dealing with a Personal Family issue at the Beginning of these Protests . My mum Had Serious Surgery last week! We were all invested in making sure she recovers! i am not about that “put it all out on social media” life.We decided the focus must solely be on this protest.”
