Kidnappers now take all kinds of shapes and conditions to carry out their despicable act of well…kidnapping. This is the case for a man who in the guise of a crazy person, attempted to kidnap a child in Lagos state.
According to an Ifetemi who reported this via social media, the man who many believed was a madman was caught at Egbeda trying to kidnap a child before he was arrested.
