She started by encouraging everyone to appreciate who he is and identify his passion. An easy way of achieving these is by volunteering to take on tasks, preferably what one enjoys.
She said: “You need to embrace your uniqueness, and the principle of ‘passionomics,’ meaning the combination of Passion and Economics.”

Dr. Duyile also encouraged the TVC staff to ignore those she called “haters,” keep their eyes on the ball, learn to celebrate themselves, and never for anyone to assume, or push what he can do to the next person just because it is not his primary assignment. “This makes you vulnerable.
