She started by encouraging everyone to appreciate who he is and identify his passion. An easy way of achieving these is by volunteering to take on tasks, preferably what one enjoys.

She said: “You need to embrace your uniqueness, and the principle of ‘passionomics,’ meaning the combination of Passion and Economics.”

”Discover yourself fully and improve your brand. It makes you more indispensable. Learn to go the extra mile either at work or home if you want to grow,” she further said.

Dr. Duyile also encouraged the TVC staff to ignore those she called “haters,” keep their eyes on the ball, learn to celebrate themselves, and never for anyone to assume, or push what he can do to the next person just because it is not his primary assignment. “This makes you vulnerable. Whatever you are doing, you are living a life of significance.” ”Once you take responsibility from your heart, it gives you an inner joy and makes you a better person,” she said.

Remi TVCDr. Duyile further taught the TVC staff that consistency is a skill a leader should adopt alongside a listening ear, and information should be shared because successful people do not hide information.

According to her, “good leadership does not care who gets the credit.”
