Ora (Oha) Soup, popularly referred to as Ofe Oha by the Igbo people of Eastern Nigeria is an absolutely delicious traditional soup recipe. It is similar to the bitter leaf soup but cooked with Ora leaves.
It is very easy to prepare and also not time-consuming once you can make it.
Moreover, it is a very special soup prepared primarily for festivals and occasions.
The soup is usually thickened with cocoyam (Taro or Malanga) paste and served with pounded yam, fufu or semolina.
Oha leaves can easily be found in any African shop, including the cooking ingredients.
