Ned Nwoko, husband to Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels has lost at the Supreme Court, the battle of Delta North senatorial seat.
The Court on Tuesday dismissed the two suits filed by Ned Nwoko, challenging the election of Sen. Peter Nwaoboshi as the Peoples Democratic Party candidate representing Delta North district in the October 2, 2018, primary of the party held in Delta.
The court declared Peter Nwaboshi the real winner of the election.
Recall that the court of Appeal in Abuja had declared Peter Nwaboshi winner, as opposed to Thursday, April 3, 2019 ruling of the Federal High Court ruling which declared Ned Nwoko the winner of the February 23, 2019 National Assembly election.
The Supreme Court in Abuja this morning finally announced Senator Peter Nwaboshi the winner of the election after a long legal battle.
