- Understand that the baby is yours as well
- Learn How to change diapers
- Learn how to put the baby to sleep to enable your wife to sleep.
- Ensure that she eats enough, which helps with milk production, and make her snacks and meals.
- Help with cooking if you can.
- Let her take a bath or a shower (uninterrupted) and allow her to take as long as she would like.
- Cut off irrelevant hang out with friends and spend more time at home.
