There are so many reasons why a woman may not prioritise herself and this is because women most times leave for everyone else but themselves, Women focus more on family and sacrificed everything for their family so it is important for women to be international, knowing who they are, what they love and what they want to achieve.
According to Chile Udemga, women need to be intentional about having fun and being little girls again.
Is there anyone to blame for this turn of events?
It’s multidimensional and most cultural and that’s because even from the time of being raised as a young girl you’re told to aspire to be married, you are told “Oh when you have your own children, is this how you will raise your children and keep your home? and many more.
So often time women are raised culturally by society and even by our own parents that the only thing you’ve got to consider as your greatest achievement in life as a woman is a marriage but you see we also have dreams, we would have loved to be an actress and travel round the world and I don’t think marriage or children should stop you from having that at the same time I don’t think yiu should hold off on getting married for having children because you want to achieve your dreams.
I believe if you are intentional about it, you can achieve all, you really can have it all but we just need to learn how to balance it, you need to learn how to ask for help and be very vocal. I think women are not really vocal about their personal needs.
