Rohr snubs Salisu, arrives in Nigeria with own Assistants

Assistant coaches of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, Salisu Yusuf and Imama Amapakabo are not sure of their role under new coach Genort Rohr as the German arrived in the country with his own assistants.

Imama and Yusuf were appointed as assistants to Rohr by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), but the German came in with his fitness trainer Jean Lucs and technical assistant Nabil.

Salisu is supposed to be the first assistant to the former Mali coach, with Imama acting as second assistant.
