Self-professed Omo Baba Olowo and HKN Music artiste, Davido has admitted that he does not deserve any award nomination in 2016 due to his absence from the music scene.
A fan had noted on Twitter that Davido missed out of an award nomination due to his eight months hiatus from music.
The fan with the username @iAmTJConnects wrote : “Sum of these artist only got nominated because @iam_Davido left the scene for 8months to work on new project wiv Sony/RCA . #FactsOnly.”

Davido soon responded with the comment, “I really shouldn’t be nominated this year For what?? I got three MAMAS in two years I’m good ! Still gonna be a great show! BUT NEXT YEAR.”
