’76’ and ‘The Wedding Party’ to screen at Joburg Film Festival

Nollywood movies “76” and “The Wedding Party” have both been selected to screen at the 2016 Johannesburg Film Festival.
The festival will hold from October 28 to November 5, 2016.

Produced by Adonaija Owiriwa and Izu Ojukwu, and directed by Ojukwu, “76” is the story of a young pregnant woman and her husband, a soldier accused of being involved in the 1976 military coup and assassination of General Murtala Mohammed.

Kemi Adetiba’s ‘The Wedding Party’ is the story of Dunni Coker, a 24 year old art gallery owner and only daughter of her parents about to marry the love of her life, IT entrepreneur Dozie.
