Group describes as false Amnesty Int’l’s report on military

Global Amnesty Watch Nigeria has described as untrue latest reports by Amnesty International that the Nigerian military has continued to commit  human rights abuses. The group in a briefing in Abuja on Thursday said this report does not reflect the realities on ground in view of the ongoing war against insurgency.

It argued that the military should be commended and not condemned for toiling day and night to ensure peace returns to restive areas.
