Nigerian players’ poor club form worries Gernot Rohr

With the 2018 World Cup and 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers approaching, Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr is worried about the lack of playing time of some of the Nigerian players at their European clubs.

Rohr says the likes of Kelechi Iheanacho, Leon Balogun and William Troost-Ekong who started during the friendly against Senegal are not playing regular football for their clubs.

The coach says he is satisfied with the team defence, but believes it can be better.
