#WakeUpNigeria: Try out the delicious ‘Red velvet cake and vanilla ice cream’

How about you try out the delicious ‘Red velvet cake’ this weekend? It’s an easy recipe as shown by Chef Tosin on #WakeUpNigeria. See recipe below;

INGREDIENTS:
–  Flour
–  Sugar
–  Eggs
–  Butter milk
–  Cocoa powder
–  Baking powder
–  Salt
–  Red food colouring
–  Flavour
–  Vinegar
–  Vegetable oil
–  Baking soda
 PROCESS:
* pour flour in a bowl
* add sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, then mix all
* whisk 2 eggs in a separate bowl
* add vegetable oil of about half a cup to the egg
* add the butter milk, flavour, vinegar, red food colouring, then mix
* Pour all inside the bowl of flour mixed separately and give a thorough mixture
* pour into pre-buttered and floured pan
* put in the oven and allow to bake for about 30-45 minutes
* serve and enjoy.
