Preparing for a new baby? Here’s a list of what to buy and what you can bypass

Modupe Eyinla, co-founder iMumZone has a message for new mothers and mothers to be. She gave an explicit insight on ‘what to buy and what not to buy when preparing for a baby’.

Modupe Eyinla emphasized that babies aren’t materialistic, they don’t care what their room looks like. All they crave for is their mothers all day long and the following:

  • Food
  • Sleep
  • Head warmers (for constant warmth)
  • Blanket
  • Feeding bottle
  • Baby milk
  • Clothing’s
  • Bodysuits
  • Baby wipes
  • Stockings

She also stated that babies don’t need:

  • Shoes
  • Pillows (so as to prevent the baby from suffocation)

We stress ourselves on things to buy, but these babies don’t want stress at all. Give them their mum all day long until they are grown to understand that mothers need to go for work.
