Barely 48 hours after the former President Olusegun Obasanjo called for scrapping of constituency projects, a member of the House of Representatives, representing Abeokuta North, Obafemi Owode and Odeda Federal Constituency of Ogun State, Mikky Kazzim has advocated for more developmental projects .
He made this known during an empowerment programme meant for members of his constituency.
Honourable Kazzim noted that aside from law making, Nigerians desire positive projects from their representatives and most of the projects truly have good impacts on them.
The lawmaker added that he didn’t see anything wrong with lawmakers given out things to their constituents and majority of them even spend their personal money to better the lives of the less privileged in the society.
