TVC E, BUSINESS – A two-man delegation from the World Bank, has paid a courtesy call on the minister of science and technology, Ogbonnaya Onu,
The delegates expressed the readiness of the World Bank to support the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The leader of the delegation disclosed that key areas the World Bank will include; security, unemployment, and rebuilding of the North-eastern part of the country
While conveying gratitude to the institution for it’s continuous support, the minister acknowledged that Nigeria’s economy had relied on Crude oil for too long.
Onu said the government will soon roll out policies aimed at diversifying the economy.
