TVC E, POLITICS – The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Udom Emmanuel of the People’s Democratic Party
PDP as the governor of Akwa Ibom State.
Also the court has upheld the election of governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia state.
The court reversed the decision of the Court of Appeal, which nullified Mr. Udom and Ikpeazu’s election.
The Apex Court ruled that both men won the lawfully cast votes in the election.
