Appeal court to rule on Ondo guber crisis Nov. 10th

The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal has reserved judgement in the ongoing Ondo governorship crisis till Thursday, November the 10th.
The panel of three judges led by Ibrahim Salauwa made the ruling after taking final arguments by counsels on the matter.

The panel, a newly constituted group set up by Appeal Court President, Zainab Bulkachuwa, had adjourned hearing on the matter on Monday after sitting for about 10 hours.

A previous panel had resigned based on allegations of bias by a party in the suit.
