TVC E, POLITICS – The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted the National Publicity Secretary of Nigeria’s main opposition party PDP, Olisa Metuh, bail to the tune of four hundred million Naira.
The spokesman who spent his weekend in Kuje prison must have two sureties who have landed properties in Maitama, abuja.
They are to present a three-year tax clearance, two passport photographs and an affidavit of their means.
Metuh is also to deposit his international passport while his Application for bail on self recognition, was refused.
The court ordered the EFCC to ensure the landed properties at maitama, are genuine. The case was adjourned to January the 25th, 2016 for trial.
